This is actually my first novel by Cole Hart, TBRS has done it again. I was hooked in after the first 5 pages. I love FLYYYYYYY. Loved the way he felt about his sister, which means alot. I surely hope Fly succeeds in the second novel, and hope that no one on his team tries to cross him,hell we know the story.From beginning to end it was well thought out. Loved that Falisa was the brains, I just wanted a little more impact from her. Can't wait until part 2.
This book was very interesting, it peeked my interest from the very first page. I would definitely recommend this book. Really, I can't wait to see where the author is going to take The Throne II. There are so many different ways that Falisa's memories can be brought. I want to know what Fly, Six, and Smurf have in the making, and can't forget about Poppa Bear, Pigman, and Iris. Do they finally get to handle up on Hawk (Timbo Jr.) and his crew? What do Hawk, Cory, Ox, and Lex do when they make it back to New York, Hawk will go from a stick up kid to a king if he plays his cards right. What part will the "true" king (the brains behind the operation)/"the dethroner" Falisa play in it all? Will Hitman want, or even try to avenge the death of his brother and parents. What secret is Jewel hiding from Six? Do the Feds ever catch up with Iris?....So many possibilities!!!
All I can say is Watch out World!!!! Just when I thought that a lot of Authors were beginning to write the same stories, along comes Cole Hart!! Impressed is an understatement, as a member of TBRS, of course I would support and read the book, but what a pleasant Surprise,the storyline was excellent, and of course I will be impatiently waiting on The Throne part 2!!! This young man definitely has what it takes to be successful in this industry, I read this book on my android at work withing 6 hours, I couldn't stop reading, it had me from his dedications in the beginning!! What a wonderful dedication to Rita Wilson!!! I'm not going to give a brief review of what the book is about, I'm going to say get it and read it, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!1
Wow, just finished reading "The Throne" by Cole Hart. This was my first read by this Author but rest assured it will not be the last. This book had me in a zone from the start to finish. Follow young Fly that is only 12 years old and has been groomed by his father Timbo to fill the "The Throne" during Timbo's incarceration. The twist that happens in this book will leave you speechless and salivating for part two. The story was well written and the plot was on point. This book was nothing less than a 5***** and I look forward to reading more of Cole Hart's work. I usually recommend books but I HIGHLY recommend this book, you will not be disappointed. Cole Hart is definitely sitting on "The Throne" because he delivered this story like a true King. Did I mention that this is a 5 STAR MUST READ.
I thought this book was too good to be free. Yes the story line of a 12 year old seems far fetched but when you think about it kids these days aren't playing outside until the street lights come on anymore. The only thing that seemed out of the oridnary was how quickly friendships and trust was formed with Fly's crew considering they are murdering, selling drugs and having sex. But you can't knock a fast paced book! And I hardly ever go back and read a trilogy of a book I got for free but it was so good I'm moving on to part two. Most of all, there went any grammatical errors. Whoop whoop someone got a good proof reader. I loved it and recommend it!
First book I've read by this author and it was a hit. I was able to visualize the characters and see them within the story. Timbo thought he had everything in the bag with his family or thought he had a plan that was well thought out, but realized that he forgot that he taught his son Fly well. I looking forward to reading book 2 to see what happens to Timbo's other son Hawk now.
Even tho i read this before so long ago its still held my attn. It was just as good as the first time. Timbo turned Fly into his worst enemy. Timbo was so wrong for what he did to his own daughter. Falisa was very smart. Now who's going to take over the THRONE. Loved it
Great story from beginning to end. Fly was that dude. I can’t wait to see what is going to happen next. Every book gets better and better.
